Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is 30 days. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we do not offer you a full refund. A partial refund may be granted if an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we notify you of the approval, or rejection, of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gamevalleyknives.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Warranty

Our knives have a limited lifetime warranty. This is a guarantee against defects and failures under normal use for the life of the original purchaser. It does not include damages where excessive force or leverage has been used.
